Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon Chokopam 100% Haitian cacao, melted or grated
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (for extra richness)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or date syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chokopam bar gently in a saucepan or microwave until smooth (or finely grate it).
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, melted Chokopam, cacao powder, almond milk, seeds, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if a thicker consistency is desired.
