Our Cacao

Our hand-picked cacao is grown inthe Northern part of Haiti on a family farm with unique geographic conditions and biological resources; then transformed into a refine cocoa in our production facility in Gonaives. The particular characteristic of the land, and our production methodology make Chokopam one of the best producers of cocoa in Haiti.

In addition to producing delicious, unparalleled cocoa, we use sustainable practices to ensure that our producers are educated on how to take better care of their land so that they can pass on their skills to the next generation and ensure that the Haitian cocoa industry flourishes as time goes by.
